Training Pathways

The Humanities Division Researcher Development Strategy utilises a series of Training Pathways as a guiding principle, to encourage researchers to consider their training needs in a structured way and to signpost appropriate training and development opportunities.

Each training pathway enhances participants’ skills in a particular area, open up new avenues for careers and collaborations and reinforces their ability to complete better research projects and other academic tasks in a timely fashion. We use the skills tracking app Inkpath to help participants track their progress, to encourage engagement, and to aid reporting.
