The Student Peer Review College exists to examine and select the best applications to the AHRC-TORCH Graduate Fund.
Doctoral students receive training in peer review technique, including consideration of assessment criteria, transferring qualitiative assessments into a quantitative score, and the ethics of peer review.
The Student Peer Review College provides students with valuable experience in the process of peer review, and in turn ensures that Graduate Fund applications receive equitable and rigorous review, mirroring best academic practice.
